In the course of the project management, we monitor the budget, the costs and the deadlines. We identify sub-goals or intermediate and final deadlines, which are essential for implementing the project efficiently. Our goal is to deviate as little as possible from the deadlines and budget that have been set. The focus is on implementing the building work cost-effectively.

Our task is also to guarantee full coordination with respect to the building work. Any deviations from the schedule or budget must be identified quickly, and the necessary solutions must be initiated in good time: We see target-oriented action with an eye on the construction period and the realisation of contractual conditions as the basis for our project management.

In detail, our project management includes:

– Coordination of the project plan from the start of a project
– Start or completion of work packages and tasks
– Leadership of the team, the project participants
– Coordination of the instructions and deadlines set by the client
– Ensuring the quality and scope of the planned processes

Our clientèle includes clients and contractors, who fall back upon our experience in the realisation of projects in the course of their tendering or quotation costing processes. We also offer the preparation of costings, performance specifications and a description of the construction work in the form of building schedules. In this context, our services also include a quantity determination / check for sub-services.

In this day and age, it is important to know and assess what the financial impact will be if your project exceeds the construction period. To create a strong foundation, we offer a reappraisal from disruptions during the construction period (target / actual statements) to a list of the costs incurred for your client that can be used as evidence in court.

Especially in building projects, which are becoming increasingly comprehensive, it is almost indispensable to record, monitoring and control all the plans and planning processes.

Here too, we can work for you. As a planning coordinator, we manage all the planning, from the conceptual design to the detailed design to the inventory planning.

We are responsible for the communication, supervision and management of the individual planning offices and coordinate the planning foundations and interfaces across the different trades. The schedule can be controlled via scheduling lists or planning schedules.

We will also be happy to realise the planning documentation in specialist project platforms, e.g. Eplass. No constraints are placed on us in this regard.

Contract and claims management is becoming increasingly important in comprehensive project, and takes a lot of time.

We work out and assess claims for additional remuneration in the course of studying the contract.

These circumstances are transcribed into revised quotations in consultation with our clients. Our services range from quantity determination and the preparation of performance specifications to a revised costing and the collation of the necessary documents and evidence, taking the discrepancies between the actual and the target situation. We use the specific guidelines provided by the construction clients, e.g. NeuPP, to draw up the revised quotations.

At the same time, we take care of the claims and bring them to their conclusion.

We take on all the accounting for overground construction, civil engineering, road construction, underground construction and track construction for our clients, taking the DIN and the VOB into consideration. We also prepare construction accounts for public contracts in accordance with the REB standard.

As well as documentation during the building project on site, this also includes the preparation of auditable accounting documents on the basis of the contracts. We also take care of the controlling of the punctual survey work through to the invoicing. We always use construction accounting programs that are standard for the industry (e.g. RIB iTwo) for our accounting.

If your project has already been completed, we can also ensure that full and auditable accounts are prepared for the building project afterwards.
