YOUR PROFILE:

– You have completed a degree in civil engineering or have a comparable qualification.
– You have several years of experience in project management, construction management, and construction accounting, as well as in the execution of complex construction projects.
– The ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment and flexibility come naturally to you.
– You have social skills and are a good negotiator.
– You have an independent, structured and conscientious style of working.
– You have expertise and experience in applying relevant regulations, guidelines, standards and the German Construction Contract Procedures.
– You use MS Office, MS Project and Power Project with confidence.
– You are able to express yourself fluently in spoken and written German.
– You communicate clearly and frankly and act in a target-oriented manner.
– You have a valid driving licence for cars.
